Mykola Kostyak considers Kherson not depressed, but perspective, area able to renew the powers due to the fast non-standard decisions and innovative approaches, which will be fulfilled by the new team of the leader of the oblast. "I trust, that Kherson oblast can be a flowering and beneficial. My team is able to do it. But people will always be in the head the list for us"- he declared during the first meeting with the journalists of the regional and All - Ukrainian editions of the oblast.

   During the meeting with the representatives of mass media the Head of the Regional State Administration informed about his vision of the development of the oblast, about projects and initiatives, that will be realized by his team in the nearest future.Mykola Kostyak marked, that he has remained a manager and on the post of the leader of the oblast, is ready to fulfil the requirements of President Victor Yanukovych, reflected in the program "Ukraine for people".
    Also, Mykola Kostyak informed about the socio-economic development of the oblast, in particular, about the task of increasing of grain crops and pulse plant harvest to 2 million tons, and vegetable cultures - to 1 million tons.
